1产品概述Summary
    ECSINE-C系列静止无功发生器基于先进的电力电子技术,采用三电平电压原型逆变器的拓扑结构,通过外部电流互感器实时对负载电流进行采样,通过内部控制器快速计算出需要补偿的无功、谐波以及负序电流,实时调整逆变器桥侧输出的电压的幅值和相位,借助桥侧电抗器实现对无功的补偿、谐波以及三相不平衡的治理,它具有补偿精度高、响应速度快、不受系统阻抗影响等优点,可广泛应用于工商业领域,如电力系统、轨道交通、石油化工、汽车制造、数据通信、精密加工、市政建筑等,是治理电能质量、节能降耗的最佳选择之一。
    Based on the advanced power electronic technology, the ECSINE-C series static var generator adopts the topology of three-level voltage prototype inverter. The load current is sampled in real time by the external current transformer. The reactive power, harmonic and negative sequence current to be compensated are quickly calculated by the internal controller. The amplitude and phase of the output voltage at the bridge side of the inverter are adjusted in real time. With the help of the bridge side reactor, reactive power compensation, harmonic and three-phase unbalance control are realized,It has the advantages of high compensation accuracy, fast response speed, and is not affected by system impedance. It can be widely used in industrial and commercial fields, such as power system, rail transit, petrochemical industry, automobile manufacturing, data communication, precision processing, municipal buildings, etc.

2、产品功能Function
    (1)、无功补偿,补偿后功率因数≥0.99;
    降低线损,节能降耗,提高变压器使用效率,避免因功率因数低下带来的罚款问题;

    (2)、治理三相不平衡,治理后三相不平衡度<2%;
    降低零线电流,避免零线发热严重,保护变压器,提升变压器利用率;

    (3)、滤除谐波,滤波范围2~25次,单次谐波滤除率高达90%;
    避免因谐波导致的线缆和变压器发热、谐振、保护装置误动作等问题;

    (4)、维持受电端电压,加强系统电压稳定性,抑制电压波动和闪变;
    快速补偿因大容量感性或者容性负荷启动时带来的冲击电流,维持系统电压稳定,保证负荷安全运行;

ECSINE-C输出电感采用磁环立绕的设计,增大了散热面积和电流密度,减少铜线用量,发热量小,通风效果好,降低了对风机风量的要求,且风机具备调速功能,有效降低整机损耗和噪声;
